Terms of Service

Using the service constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Jimmy OS provides eCommerce insights via WhatsApp and a dashboard. The service is based on data you provide by connecting to third-party systems (WooCommerce, Shopify, Google, Meta).

• Billing is monthly, according to the plan selected. No annual contract.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Trial period: 30 days free, no credit card required.
• Prices are in US dollars. Israeli business customers are charged VAT as required by law.

Prohibited: misuse of the system, attempts to breach security, automated scraping, or any use that violates the law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend an account that violates these terms.

Jimmy provides insights, not financial or legal advice, and not automated decisions that affect your business. You are responsible for any decision made based on these insights. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.

The data in your store belongs to you. The code, algorithms, and Jimmy OS brand belong to us.

Material updates will be sent to you 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

This agreement is governed by Israeli law, and the courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
