When you connect a store (WooCommerce, Shopify) or advertising systems (Google Ads, Meta, GA4), Jimmy performs a read-only retrieval of the data required for analysis: orders, products, inventory, campaign performance, and site traffic. We never write to, modify, or delete data in your store.

We also collect basic account details (name, email, WhatsApp number) and usage data to improve the product.

• To generate your daily brief and alerts.
• To send service messages via WhatsApp and email.
• To improve our algorithms, always anonymized and aggregated, never at the level of a single store.

We never sell your data. Sharing is limited to infrastructure providers (hosting, messaging) who are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

All connections are encrypted with TLS. We use read-only access to external systems, and your data is stored securely. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account.

You can request at any time to review your information, correct it, or delete your account entirely. Write to us at privacy@jimmy-os.co.il.

Updates will be published on this page. Material changes will also be sent via WhatsApp/email to registered users.
